Record a follow

Enter a Twitch channel that has signed in to FollowNation at least once. We check with Twitch that you actually follow them before saving a date. If that channel has not scanned yet, we save the time you confirm here. If a later scan finds an earlier follow date, we replace this one with that earlier date. A date already saved is never moved later.
